§8 Right of withdrawal and return of products

(8) The customer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal policy. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer took possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement.

§9 Exchange
(9) An exchange is possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The exchange is made by returning the goods to our business address.
(9.1) The customer can exchange the item for a new item.
(9.2) The goods to be returned must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and complete. Price tags, labels, and other markings must be intact and unchanged.

(9.3) Exchanges are made by returning the goods to our business address. The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment. We recommend using the original packaging for shipping to ensure that the goods are adequately protected during transport.

(9.4) The exchange will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected. If the desired item is not available, the customer will be informed of alternative options. If the goods do not meet the exchange conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

(9.5) The exchange process is subject to the same terms and conditions as regular shipping, including delivery times and shipping costs. Further details on exchanges and returns can be found in our return policy and on our website.

(9.6) Please note that personalized or custom-made items may be excluded from exchange. Information on this can be found in the product descriptions and individual agreements.

These regulations apply without prejudice to the statutory warranty rights pursuant to §§ 434 ff. BGB.
