During the ordering process, we may need to contact your credit card company to verify its validity. This is done by placing a hold of €1, which is not an actual charge. For credit cards participating in the 3D Secure process (MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa), a connection to your credit card company will be established later in the payment process to confirm your identity.

Please ensure that the billing address always matches the address registered with your credit card, otherwise we will not be able to process your order.
